How do I determine the size generator I need?
In commercial and industrial applications, the size is specified by the engineers. However, in many cases we see ways to reduce cost resulting in “value added” for the project. For residential and smaller projects, we have lines with new technology that permit us to provide emergency power to the entire building using a much smaller generator thereby reducing the total cost.

What area do you cover?
We sell and service middle and east Tennessee, north Alabama, North Georgia and southern Ky. ALSO we have placed large units from Washington DC to Houston, TX. We can arrange service in any area outside our own service area through reciprocal agreements with a network of fellow distributers.

Do you provide service contracts / agreements?
Yes, our basic service agreement provides regular scheduled service twice per year. We perform a complete service every other time with oil and filter change. The mid-year is an inspection and test.

Loadbank Testing. Can you do this?
Manny installations require more extensive “Loadbank” Yes, we have “Loadbank” testing equipment to test units up to one thousand (1000) KW.
